Cardio drumming is a full-body, low-impact cardiovascular workout that combines drumming, rhythm, and music.
So, what is involved in Cardio Drumming? An exercise ball is placed in a bucket and you hit it with drumsticks while moving your body to the beat of high-intensity music. The workout can include dance moves, lunges, jumping jacks and other movements to work your upper and lower body. Cardio drumming sessions include a warm-up, a main workout and a cool-down. Some say that cardio drumming can be more fun than traditional workouts and can burn up to 900 calories in an hour!
